An exhibition of still life paintings by renowned British artist Jane Hooper that explore everyday domestic life. Her paintings featuring jugs, vases, and flowers that draw inspiration from her immediate surroundings. Working with a muted palette, Jane Hooper creates tonal subtlety that enhances the calm purity of her compositions.

Over the past twenty years, she has refined her technique, distilling ordinary subjects into evocative studies of form and atmosphere. The exhibition reveals a thoughtful, meditative practice rooted in observation and restraint.

The exhibition will be open every day from 10:30am to 4:00pm at The Rutland Gallery in Uppingham.
