Tim Benson is the current President of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters and an acclaimed portrait artist. As an established figurative artist Tim not only creates a distinguishable likeness of a subject but moreover evokes the sitter’s character and mood.
Oakham Contemporary are pleased to be showing a number of artworks by Tim in the gallery including both his portraiture and his emotive landscapes. Tim can also be seen in the forthcoming online show "Portraits in Isolation" as recently previewed by the well known art critic Will Gompertz.
