Buttercups by Adrian Parnell
Adrian Parnell grew up in North Devon and later studied at Saint Martin’s School of Art, where he was taught by notable artist Keith Vaughan. Adrian continued his artistic training during the 1970s at The Slade School of Fine Art.
A lifelong associate member of the Penwith Society of St. Ives, Adrian has exhibited widely, including regular appearances at the RCA British Art Fair in London. Adrian Parnell’s debut exhibition took place at The New Grafton Gallery, London, where he showed work alongside Ivon Hitchens and Elizabeth Frink.
For over forty years, Adrian Parnell has produced a body of paintings and drawings that reflect his sustained and evolving dialogue with the landscape.
