David Atkins

David Atkins is a renowned British landscape artist born in Greenwich, London, in 1964. David studied painting at St Martins School of Art in London and at Winchester School of Art, graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in Painting.

After completing his studies, David Atkins returned to London, where he taught part-time while continuing to develop his painting practice. David has exhibited regularly across the UK and began showing in London in 1999, holding his first solo exhibition there in 2002.

Throughout his career, David Atkins has received several prestigious awards, including the Horan Prize for Painting at the NEAC Exhibition in London, the Façade International Prize for Painting at the Discerning Eye Exhibition in London, and the Baltic Exchange Prize for Painting at the 2018 RMSA Exhibition at Mall Galleries, London.

David Atkins currently lives and works in Dorset, UK.
