Penny German ARBSA

Penny German is an artist whose practice evolved from botanical illustration to expressive oil painting. After years of working in watercolour for the RHS and Oxford University Press, Penny discovered a passion for capturing light and atmosphere in still life paintings and portraiture.

Having lived and painted around the world, Penny German draws inspiration from her travels but always returns to her Northamptonshire studio. Penny German's involvement in the global daily painting movement has earned her collectors in both the UK and internationally.
